“Victoria has given me detailed answers to all of my questions, encouragement when I needed it and a good kick in the ass when I needed it too.
The program has given me a lot of autonomy. I have very young children and a very busy home life. This program has taken me off autopilot and increased my happiness tenfold.
I kicked the sugar habit and no longer crave processed sugar. The changes in my body have been dramatic. My skin looks absolutely fantastic, I haven’t had a breakout since cleaning up my diet. Goals: Reverse the symptoms of Lyme Disease
"I came to Victoria because I was feeling terrible. I had broken my back three years ago. Then I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and treated with antibiotics for the better part of two years. This left my health in shambles. I gained 25lbs, was tired, and sick all the time. I could barely work or even play with my grandchildren.
Victoria took the time to evaluate my condition and designed a program that complimented the medical treatments that I was receiving (and yes, I checked with my physician at her suggestion to confirm that she was comfortable with her course of action). Victoria worked with me every week for six months to educate me about my condition and the life-or-death role nutrition played in my ability to heal myself. She put me on the GAPS diet and gave me back my health.
The GAPS diet was very intimidating for me. Not only is it very technical, but it eliminated most foods I was used to eating, especially during its first stages. However, Victoria made it easy and relatively painless, taking me through every stage by providing me with a new weekly menu and easy recipes that took me into each subsequent stage without me having to plan or worry about what I was going to eat. In addition to keeping me motivated to stick to a difficult program and see the light at the end of the tunnel, she also monitored my symptoms every week and adjusted the diet accordingly. I could have never done that on my own.
Within only three months of working with Victoria, I started feeling much better. I dropped 20 lbs, had more energy, and didn't feel sick and tired all the time. Even my cholesterol went down.

"I reached out to Victoria because I had gained 25 pounds while Consulting out of a home office (living on PB&Js and kids food) and a few too many Chardonnays added up to a lot of weight particularly in my mid section.
I consider myself someone who knows a good bit about diet and exercise... however I couldn't find the solution for the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Do I go low carb? Paleo? Organic? (Is organic chocolate OK?) Low calorie? And what's the best exercise to help me lose weight? Pilates? Yoga? Walking? High Intensity? CrossFit? Spin?
I was all over the place, eating very few calories for a few days, and then eating too many at a meeting when tired and bored. My work involves long hours and have a family, and I
was not consistent with any eating or exercise approach. I was definitely not seeing the results I wanted.
Victoria is incredibly well read, knowledgeable and helped me put a plan in place. She is tough, and gives you the guidelines, but teaches you the concepts and makes you do the work yourself.
She put an exercise plan in place that was hard, and eventually became second nature.
She taught me about bone broth and turmeric. About shopping and prepping so the right foods for me were ready. She had sound insight into what types of pots and pans to use, what types of storage containers, and answered my many many questions.
Most of all, I was impressed that when I finally knew "what" to do, but was still struggling with compliance, then she helped me with the psychological issues that were holding me back.
Once I was able to consistently stay on the eating plan, and exercise plan, I was able to achieve my goals.

"Victoria has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals of building muscle, feeling young and staying thin. She designed a workout plan that is easy to follow on a weekly basis and is not too time consuming (as that is my great excuse). The key, as it turns out, is not just the exercise, but the combination of exercise and eating. At first it all felt counter-intuitive, as Victoria had me cut down drastically on my cardio, focus more on weights, and EAT MORE AND MORE OFTEN! I thought that I would gain weight, but I didn’t. I put on muscle while staying lean and defined (there is actually a 50 year old six-pack starting to emerge). Most importantly, I feel great. She tailored the exercises to address old injuries so as not to aggravate them and allow them to heal (my knees and shoulders, although not perfect, feel like they have a lot less miles on them). I also have more energy than before.
As she taught me, it’s more about how and what you eat than the exercise - she has me consuming more nutritious foods more often, without the chemicals and junk. What clinched it for me was seeing the difference in how I feel between preparing my own meals and eating out. There is nothing wrong with eating out, but I travel a lot for work and will often eat out every day for a week. When I do that, I notice a difference in how I feel. "I decided to reach out to Victoria because I was turning 40, had gained some extra weight over the last few years, and was starting to feel terrible about myself because I couldn't seem to take it off. Living in California, where everyone is super fit and thin all year around didn't help my self-esteem. I generally eat healthy and work out, but losing weight seems so much harder than it was in my 20s. "Victoria put together a program based on what she knew she could accomplish with a client like myself. She went at a pace she knew I would accept because I’m a tough nut to crack and had she started in immediately insisting on joining a gym or juicing for more vegetables, I would have freaked out. So her pace was excellent. She instinctually knew this about me and steered me in a totally different direction than I initially signed up to be steered towards.

"As long as I can remember I have had to struggle with my weight. I was a fat kid, fat teenager and fat most of my adult life.
